Nice and clean hotel, very Cuban Many amenities available in the hotel like drink and delicious food. A lot of free drinks at the pool area I will definitely be repeating the experience Love it!

Stunning! Great view and amenities.

The amenities on the property were great! We enjoyed the shores pool and pool bar during our stay. However, we did not enjoy the pigeons and roosters roaming everywhere or their waste all over the property. There was pigeon poop all outside our room and down the steps leading to the pool area. We were there 4 nights, and we never saw anyone clean up the mess. We also found it gross to see the pigeons walking along the tables in the beach cafe. Just seemed unsanitary to me. Other than the bird issue, we enjoyed our stay. Property was at the far end of Duval, so it’s a good 20 minute walk to get to the other end.

It is a wonderful retreat in the middle of Key West!! Annette was a wonderful part of their staff!

The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment. This experience was particularly disappointing , as I read about this service prior to arriving at the hotel. Futhermore our room had tiny ants on the dresser and night stand.
