A stunning boutique resort that is very quiet and set in a lovely location. Immaculate gardens and wonderful beach front pool and dining. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was really exceptional, but if you want shopping and nightlife this is not the area. If you seek a stunning small resort and romantic environment...this is perfect.

The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard. A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting.
