This resort is absolutely amazing I didn't eat breakfast there but I'm sure it was awesome because everything else there was awesome

I thought I requested a one bedroom with a sofa, bed and extra bed linens and covers and I did not get that. I only got a one bedroom regular sofa that was the only discrepancy.

The property is being renovated so there are very limited amenities. The staff are super helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed in a building adjacent to the building where the reception is. The building was old and obviously in need of an upgrade but room and bathroom were clean. Location on the River Walk is super.

Requesting the airport shuttle was seamless, and they arrived promptly for pickup. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing and eager to answer any questions I had and ensure a pleasant stay.

Was a nice stay. Enjoyed the pool and the view. Could’ve used more necessities such as cups, and towels.

We loved our room; it was clean and comfortable and the staff was cordial; but, my only complaints are the knats and poor wifi connection.
