It is an ok hotel for the price. The room was really good, nice bed but bathroom needs to be updated.

When choosing between the telegraaf and the Schlossle we vote the Schlossle. The staff were very unhelpful at the telegraaf and the rooms were very mediocre – carpeting, tired, and old and Ruth were smaller.

I recently spent two weeks at the Swissôtel Tallinn while attending a training program this September, and it was a fantastic experience. The Pros: * Location: It is incredibly convenient, situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about a 5-minute walk from the Medieval Old Town. * Views & Comfort: As the tallest building in the city, it offers commanding views across the Gulf of Finland and the Old Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. * Amenities: The 11th-floor spa, well-equipped gym, and indoor pool are excellent for unwinding after a long day. The daily breakfast buffet is also a major highlight, featuring a huge, high-quality selection. The Cons: * The bathroom design features translucent glass walls, which allows shadows to be seen from the room and might lack privacy for some. * The breakfast service can get quite busy during peak hours, occasionally leading to a bit of a wait for specialty coffees. Overall, the prime location, premium amenities, and attentive staff made a lengthy stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Here’s a polished version of your review: The rooms were okay, but the bathroom had a bad odor throughout our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good. Most of the staff were okay, but unfortunately, the lady at the water park reception was rude and unhelpful. She would benefit from additional training on how to communicate with and treat guests professionally.

Great location just 10 mins walk from the old town ..... And " olde worlde " style of hotel which fits in brilliantly with Tallin itself ... An beautiful room used for breakfast with an excellent choice offered .... Friendly staff ... would return and recommend

Very friendly staff- no elevator but staff was great in taking luggage up to room and bringing down for us at check out. The breakfast was wonderful.
