Andorra Honeymoon Holidays

The hotel itself is lovely, The spa, pool etc., was fantastic. The outdoor pool area was very nice as well. The rooms were very large and exceptional. The hotel is really well made. Downside is the staff at the bar outside (which I think is not technically owned by the hotel, but is their main eating area) were not helpful. Left us waiting 15 minutes to be served then told us the restaurant closed two minutes ago. There was nowhere else to get food at all. We were very hungry until 7pm when it all opened again.

Our favorite hotel in Andorra, quiet and a great value. The rooms are modern with high quality decor. The location is centric but hotel parking is limited and tight. Public parking is 2 minutes walk away and spacious. We stayed here numerous times and will come back soon.

Un hotel ok para un par de noches en Andorra. El desayuno NO destaca. Algún personal muy amable, otros bastante pesados. Parking estrecho, pero a buen pr3cio (17€). Parece un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas. Jamás de 4.

Check-in was smooth and the first impression of the hotel was very positive. When I entered the room, it was newly decorated, modern, and looked fantastic. Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long. As soon as I used the bathroom, I found toilet paper stuck to the walls, along with numerous hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. When I checked the bed, I also found two hairs in it. These certainly weren’t mine, as I’m bald. I immediately reported this to reception, expecting the issue to be resolved quickly. Instead, I was told that if I wanted to change rooms, I would have to pay. I explained that I wasn’t asking for an upgrade—I simply wanted a clean room. The receptionist was dismissive and told me I would have to wait until the morning when the manager was available. No one assisted me that evening. The following day, housekeeping visited my room. They cleaned the bathroom but didn’t change or remake the bed. As I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in it after finding hairs, I had slept on top of the sheets. Housekeeping simply adjusted the pillows and left, completely ignoring the issue I’d reported. At checkout, I spoke with a manager and explained how distressed I was by the cleanliness problems and how rude the receptionist had been when I raised my concerns. The manager apologised and told me the General Manager would contact me personally. I’m still waiting to hear from them. To make matters worse, I booked through Expedia, and I later discovered th
