The hotel is wonderfully modern. In check-in the lady was lovely and helpful. I had an upgraded room which was very kind! The room was modern, clean… great place. However I can’t give any higher than okay because when I realised that the bedding was all feather, I called down to reception and the staff were most unhelpful. A member of staff came to my room with two more feather pillows after I’d explained I was badly allergic. He said that housekeeping wasn’t around, so he was unable to do much about it. In the end I have to sleep on the mattress without a duvet or pillow and rolled up towels to support my head, all after paying €138. Unacceptable really. Upon checkout I wasn’t even asked how my stay was either. Not great really…
