Absolutely amazing stay at Excellence El Carmen! From the stunning grounds to the world-class service, everything exceeded our expectations. It's the staff, in particular, who truly make this resort a five-star experience, and we wanted to give a special shout-out to some of the incredible entertainers. Yari was an absolute highlight! We started our mornings feeling refreshed and centered thanks to her wonderful yoga classes. Her positive energy is infectious, and we also loved her creative bracelet-making sessions. It was the perfect way to relax and take home a special memento of our trip. For all the sports enthusiasts out there, Twenty One is your guy! He brought so much enthusiasm to every game and activity. His energy and encouragement were a blast and made the various sports tournaments so much fun. Our evenings were always exciting thanks to Mini Cooper. He kept the energy high with fantastic dancing and brought the competitive spirit to our poker nights. His entertaining personality made every night a memorable one. And a huge thank you to Carlos for making volleyball so much fun! He organized incredible games and his passion for the sport was contagious. He is a true master of creating a fun and engaging atmosphere on the court. The entire team made our vacation unforgettable. Friendly staff and guests. Many couples at the resort were repeat travelers, which is always a good time. It has a mini community-type vibe

Upon check in, the room had very poor air conditioning. The humidity was awful. We complained several times. After several hours, staff finally conceded that there was an issue. They brought a fan and de-humidifier. It did help but was not a fix. We were eventually moved the next day. Staff gave us a couples massage for trouble. The rest of time here was pretty good. Staff was very attentive! Pools were fantastic. We would return and try again!

Check in process is super slow. They weren’t staffed with enough members to handle a large group check in. Lost 3.5 hours and then get to the pool just to be told that we had to get out in 5 minutes because all the pools close at 6. Way too early. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience of time we lost. The rules for long pants at certain restaurants makes no sense. Staff friendly, shows good, great selection of alcohol, food ok

No está mal para personas mayores y parejas que quieren estar súper tranquilos! Pero no tienen muchas actividades, ni si quiera música en la piscinas, pensé que al ser solo Adultos se pasaría mejor o tendrían más actividades.
