Esta es la primera vez que visito a Casa de Campo y realmente quedé encantada con la experiencia. El cuarto era amplio y tenía todas las necesidades que pudiera desear un viajero en vacaciones. La limpieza era excelente. El desayuno buffet me encantó particularmente el rincón dominicano. Lo único que no me gustó es que había que montarse en un carrito de golf para ir a la playa, Altos de Chavón o la Marina. La comida es muy buena y recomiendo a cualquier persona que vaya que coja el todo incluido, ya que los restaurantes son costosos y realmente esta opción vale la pena. Lo más que me gustó es que es un ambiente familiar con muchos niños. Definitivamente regresaré con mi familia.

Our butler, Edith, was the only truly wonderful part of our stay. She was attentive, kind, and provided exceptional service.
Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing. Our room had significant mold, and I became sick during our stay, which was very concerning. Several other staff members were rude and seemed to expect gratuity without showing genuine appreciation or providing the level of service we expected.
The food was also very disappointing, and the entire facility appeared poorly maintained and unclean. Considering how much we spent on this hotel, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and overall quality.
Sadly, the experience was nowhere near worth the price, and we will not be returning.
