The staff at the Hilton beach resort are absolutely friendly, kind and engaging, you couldn't ask for nicer people.
The property is showing its age and does need a thorough refresh if not a complete renovation or rebuild considering that many of the adjoining resorts are rebuilding.
The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was enormous and we we're grateful for the laundry and kitchenette, as our apartment backed onto an adjoining resort there is noise from the nightclub next door but it does get quite after 10pm
The restaurants nearest to the lobby are very nice with great food options but the adults only restaurant is not Up to scratch in regards to food and service.
Overall a solid 4 star resort, but certainly not the 5 star resort it's claiming to be.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Villa and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The facilities were great, especially the swimming pools, my 3-year-old daughter really enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fiji, I would definitely stay here again.
