Beautiful rooms and facilities. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great

Pros: Great location, well appointed room and very clean. Had dinner at restaurant which was very good. Cons: Did not receive my VIP amenity and I shouldn't have to ask. Valet took 30 minutes on average to retrieve the car every time so plan accordingly. I ended up using ride share twice because of retrieval time. Car also came back scuffed (not scratched) every time they brought it to me. Requested room with a bathtub for my daughter (Expedia listed it as available with my room selection) and did not receive it.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! When we checked in, we were told there would be bottled water available in the room but that there were currently two only. Since we had a party of three, they apologized and stated they would bring a third bottle. They never did. Checking in was easy. Checking out was easy. Parking was easy. When you first enter, you have the option to choose how many nights you are staying. You pre-pay so that you have in and out privileges for the duration of your stay.

Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Ritz for 2 nights and it was amazing. Perfect. The check in process was quick and Bettina was so friendly. The lobby is gorgeous with a restaurant (open til 11pm)and bar open til 1am. Our deluxe king room was so nice with a city view. The location is perfect and we could walk to so many restaurants. This hotel is located right next to city hall, across the street from capital grill and McCormick and Shmicks. We were about a block from Del Friscos and maybe 2 blocks to El Vez. These restaurants are all popular dinner spots in Philly. Stay here! The property is so clean and the staff is so friendly. Nick the bartender was amazing and the doormen are so great as well.
