This hotel is enormous. I was blown away by the shear size and openness of it! The only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the hallways, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage around on it.
The room was very comfortable and bed soft. I usually have a difficult time sleeping in hotels, but not this one!
The breakfast, while at an extra fee, was WELL worth the price! The breakfast was delicious.
Overall, I have been to several hotels around the O'Hare Airport and this hotel is my absolute favorite. I need to look into their rewards program, because this is where I will be staying every time I travel in and out of Chicago. :)

This was our second stay here. We were particularly impressed by the staff and customer service. It’s the kind we get in 5stars hotels overseas in the Middle East or SouthEast Asia. Impeccable. A special shout out to Pablo Criado for his warm and enthusiastic welcome and making sure that we had a great stay! I am now a fan and will only stay at Trump Chicago when in Chicago downtown.

I stayed here with 2 college friends for a girl's weekend. The room was beautiful and inviting, and the beds were very comfortable. We all commented that the oversized bath towels were great!
Our only complaint is related to the courtesy car- Hotel Arista offers a free car service within 5 miles of the hotel. We had the car take us to Centennial Beach. However, when we called for a pickup, we were told that the evening driver didn't show up for work, so they didn't have anyone to come get us. We got an Uber back, but it was definitely a frustrating experience.

Their motto “natural and happy” really fits. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the natural touches like natural soaps and cucumber mint infused water made it a comfortable, happy place to stay. An oasis in a hot city.
