Clean room in a convenient location with good security and surprisingly no noise despite being in the CBD. Very helpful staff. Train stations very close and great eating options close by too. Overall an excellent experience

The staff were lovely. The hotel is tired, the sheets were clean but the room was in need of a proper clean. Found an old dock under the mattress.
Ultimately, you get what you pay for.

I love the hotel, it was my 2nd time staying and the rooms are clean, comfy and quite luxurious.
I do get food poisoning on my first night which I believe was from undercooked lamb we had for room service, so spent the whole trip in the hotel being sick on and off. I told the staff on checkout and they didnt seem to care which was not very impressive. Also the conditioner was watered down and unusable.
Otherwise good!
