The service at the Grand Hyatt was exceptional, from the warm welcome at reception to the incredibly helpful bell desk.
I felt genuinely valued throughout my stay, and the top-notch amenities really added to the experience. It is a fantastic hotel that makes you feel right at home in the heart of Melbourne.
