Never have been disappointed staying here. Great staff, excellent food, great piano player, comfortable rooms

Convince and helpful staff

Tv kept going green, front desk not interested when reported. Also on check out, having to pay gratuity for the breakfast that was charged for over and above the room rate! That’s in bad taste!

The Hote's location is very good. Walking distance from some bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious and beautiful. There is however is problem with the water system of the hotel. We stayed in Room 808 and the sound of running water through the pipes were so loud, that they had to move us at 04:00 in the morning to another room, because we could not tolerate the sound anymore. We were moved to room 812. Although we could still hear the water running through the pipes, it was not as loud when you closed the bathroom door. The buffet breakfast was very good, but it would have been nice if the waiter informed us of the menu where we could also order from. I would stay there again just on a different floor.
