We had a 12 hour layover here and had to book two rooms for the night as they didn’t provide day rooms.
The service was great and without asking we were given a late checkout to align with our flight departure time. That was a nice touch.
The pool areas are not pool areas as we would know it. Very disappointing as they were more like water display areas. I can only describe them as crummy and underwhelming.
The place was dated and not at all worthy of holding the name of a Ritz Carlton
Would not go back until investment is made in updating and upgrading the facilities.
