The property, the pools, the beautiful blue ocean water, was absolutely beautiful!!
Some of the employees, not so friendly. We had to call room service multiple times to restock water, and they never would come. We were told to make reservations for the restaurants yet seen people walk right in them.
When we pay for an all inclusive. That’s what we expect. Not very accommodating many times.

The room was not what I expected and left me feeling disappointed. The bathroom, particularly the tub, didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. The carpet looked worn and could really use a deep shampoo. There was also a strange odor in the room that I couldn’t quite identify, which made things uncomfortable. Overall, I think more attention needs to be given to cleanliness and upkeep.

Convenient to have everything in one location but food was not great and really overpriced. I get that you’re paying for convenience, but it really not worth the price. Rooms, casino, common areas are clean. Water park was lot of fun.
