Amazing! We loved our stay here. For a place that is set in old town the room was very spacious and quiet. Beautifully laid out and decorated. Reception staff were very helpful for parking tips and arriving after hours was easy. Thank you so much

Its a solid hotel, but there are some neighbouring 3 star hotels that may be as nice, possibly better. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The pools are a bit small, and the hotel definitely requires car to get to nearby towns.

The space was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. This time, we stayed in the older section of the hotel rather than the newer area, so the room wasn’t quite as spacious and felt a bit dated.

We loved our stay at Laguna and didn’t want to leave. The hotel is stunning with beautiful landscaping and modern and chic design details. The rooms were incredible, clean, spacious and very high end design details. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s an upscale, small boutique feel with personalized care for their guests. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Incredible place! The views, the staff (especially, Dulal at the bar), the room, and the location were all perfect. As a Greek native, this was truly the best stay I've ever had on a Greek island. The breakfast was incredibly abundant, and I can't say enough good things about it. Konstantaya at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and she even brought my wife and me complimentary desserts to celebrate our wedding anniversary. 10/10, I would absolutely stay here again!

Don’t beleive the photos. If you get an advertised ‘updated room they call it’ you’ll be lucky. Most rooms are from 1970s. Maids come in everyday to removed towels from bathroom and put new on the bed…. Why? It’s very irritating. Mattress toppers are too small for the beds and sheets are cheap and rough. TVs from another century and don’t accept usbs. Breakfast is not as advertised. The berry photo etc is a paid extra. Breakfast itself is brand, slow service and a lot of hanging around for bowls as apparently lots have been broken so limited. No fried or pouched eggs. View from room Carpark or wasteland unless your lucky but none of the pool rooms we saw were private. Main Shared Pool has no shade so unusable. Sunbeds in 2nd bar area are on mud. If you want beach sunbeds it’s 50 euros a day although you can buy with drinks and food. Reception staff are owners. All good unless you complain, then they are the loudest and most unpleasant staff you’ve ever come across. Intimidating. Staying at this old hotel ruined our experience of Naxos. We are traveling 2 months and this was the most expensive & the worst.

AMAZING PROPERTY. Loved being away from the busy town and enjoyed the peace and quiet. All new fully modern property with good amenities. Pool is nice just a bit cold especially with such a great breeze yoy get. George and his wife that own and run the hotel are so nice and helpful. They arranged pick up service and car rental for us. Their breakfast in the mornings is soooo good. It's 35 min from town and 25 min from Plaka Beach but there is a nice beach 2 min walk from hotel that is nice and quiet too. A few dining options nearby and a market 4 min walk too was convenient. Highly recommend staying here!!!!
