What a wonderful stay! Close to everything. Walking distance to all restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and property was well taken care of and beautiful. Bartender was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing. The place is very clean and beautiful.

The lodging itself was clean and the staff great! We enjoyed our stay. All the chickens, seagulls and pigeons outside on everything was a little gross.

Housekeeping was extremely inconsistent—some days our room wasn’t cleaned at all, and supplies weren’t adequately restocked. We even ran out of toilet paper, and after being told someone would bring it “right away,” more than an hour passed with no one showing up. I ended up having to use the lobby restroom. We also paid $50/night for parking, only to have our rental car absolutely covered in chicken droppings from chickens roosting in the trees above the parking spaces. We brought it to the resort’s attention and nothing was done or offered. The beach was essentially unusable during our stay, and the pool closest to our room was so crowded we could never find availability. These things would be disappointing even at a low-cost motel, but when you’re paying resort-level room prices, resort fees AND $50 a night just to park, it’s completely unacceptable. At these prices, you expect a certain level of service and basic attention to guests. Instead, the entire experience felt like a rip-off. We definitely won’t be back.
