Keihinjima Golf Holidays

Good size for a family of 5 in Tokyo.

Very nice and helpful staff but the room was aloe smaller than what the picture shows. Hotel was very clean the area was very convenient to transport via train

It was a little difficult to access the property. Luckily there was another visitor who showed us how to get in. But overall, it was a huge unit centrally located lots of beds lots of amenities.

Accessible to diffetent places. Very clean room, staff were resourcefule and very respectful, kitchen and laundry were a bonus

Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay is here. Pool, spa, onsen, jet pools, the one outside was my favorite. All amenities needed to doll up. Used the room bath once, big tub; mostly spent my time in the spa and gardens for the misting events and night walks. Awesome service and atmosphere. Stayed two nights. Look forward to making staying here next Tokyo trip.

English speaking staff very helpful to us. Loved the many fine dining options including the French restaurant, the Cantonese cuisine restaurant, afternoon tea lounge and the bar with live entertainment. Perfectly situated hotel with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Property and room was very clean, albeit a little dated. Construction in the area around Shinagawa station makes walking access a little awkward.

It was great. Staff being able to have your luggage transferred to another hotel from this hotel was a blessing. The cocktail and tea lounge was awesome. The food was delicious as were the specialty drinks. Wish we had eaten there more often.

Amazing place to stay everything is perfect staff cleaning room breakfast

Location is great and quiet with a train station very close to the hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The room was small but perfect for one person, with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and excellent water pressure. I experienced racism during my stay, and when I tried to explain the situation to the manager on duty, she didn’t understand one thing - she did was nod, without offering any real response or support and this was on my birthday too! All staff I encountered were unkind, unwelcoming, and, just plain mean. The only staff member who was genuinely kind was a housekeeping lady who helped me without huffing and puffing or making me feel like I was a burden.
