AC needs upgrade

Great experience all together; cooled rooms, clean, great breakfast and perfect location

Great, budget - friendly experience. There were screaming children slamming doors and yelling/running up and down the halls in the morning which was unpleasant for wayward travelers trying to sleep, Not the hotel’s fault, though! Transport to and from the airport was quick, easy, and affordable via bus.

No laundry facilities for guest use—only laundry service. Otherwise fabulous! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early in the morning, which was a lifesaver because we were wiped out from traveling. They helped us figure out how to use the train station when we were leaving as well. The train station is a stone’s throw from the hotel—very convenient. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

Didn't have much interaction with the hotel apart from sleeping. But an excellent well maintained hotel. Was busy at the time we stayed which is always a good sign as to how well it is liked. Had a few drinks in the bar apart from that & using concierge for storing bags on last day. Excellent location, 5 - 10 minutes walk to nearest tube station. Two minutes to Tower Bridge & Tower of London. Costa Coffee & Tesco Express next door. A few pubs/restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

The hotel requires some improvements to continue to maintain it’s 4/5star status

The bathroom had a weird smell. I was in an accessible room but that meant the bathroom was a wet room with a shower curtain, Which wasn't great. Also very noisy.
