The property is large and the views are spectacular of the ocean and access to the beach and pool is great. The nanny service is an asset to families with smaller children. We had a wonderful nanny (Roxanne) who made our stay enjoyable. The WiFi service inside the room was unstable throughout even after the technician came and tried to rectify it. We had an issue with some members of staff during the dinner session, acting less than professional which was brought to the attention of the manager. They offer transportation to the airport, our JUTA tour operator was wonderful.
