The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here.

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Location is near the main railway station. Lots of younger men hanging around at night on the streets, don’t think I would book if I were a group of woman or single woman staying to be honest. Hotel was very good but bathroom was very compact. Room was cleaned daily which was great and it was not noisy considering there are two youth hostels nearby. I would book again.

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

Great property in a great location

This charming hotel near the castle was one of the highlights of our trip! The atmosphere was so quaint and welcoming, giving us the perfect Bavarian experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh and local offerings to start each day. The location could not have been better—just a short walk to the castle tours, making it easy to enjoy one of Germany’s most iconic landmarks. We also loved being within walking distance of the lake, the breathtaking mountain views, and the delightful local shops. The entire area had such a fun and inviting vibe, and the hotel was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Between the beautiful scenery, convenient location, and warm hospitality, our stay was incredibly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!
