9.2/10 Wonderful! (532 reviews)
Rooms were clean, staff were very professional, I always look forward to the breakfasts while in Rome and this was no exception, nice variety and good quality. About a 15 minute walk from the train station.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (522 reviews)
The location was great, very close to Trevi fountain.
We found it really hard with the smell coming from the 5th floor toilets. The restaurant that served breakfast was also located on the 5th floor. So we skipped breakfast during our stay although we paid extra for breakfast when we booked the place as we could not deal with the bad smell as soon as we came out of the lifts. It is because it’s an old building probably but still we would have gone elsewhere if we had known about the bad smell. We wish we had read the reviews before we booked the place. This hotel certainly didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. May be 3-4 stars.
