Super clean super friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean the bed was comfy and utilities were very easy to find and use. Terrace is beautiful as well all around amazing experience and would definitely be coming back when I return to SF.

We planned to find a hotel close to Oracle Park and the Hotel Luma didn’t disappoint! Such a lovely hotel with awesome accommodations and a wonderful staff. They were all so helpful and kind! Would highly recommend this hotel! If you have kids, don’t forget to order food with delivery from the robot.

The room was nice and clean. However, the hotel was extremely noisy, and I woke up multiple times during the night because of the noise throughout the property. In addition, the staff was not helpful. I lost my sunglasses at the main entrance and called the hotel within less than five minutes, but unfortunately they were not helpful at all in trying to assist or follow up.
