Room was clean with a great ocean view, but could not get a beach chair at all. Not enough available at the beach or the pools.

Pros: Room was clean with toiletries provided (not that I needed but if it’s important to minimal packing), trees were beautiful, ocean shore was an easy walk with great shores. Breakfast staff was very nice Cons: said I was vip (scam) decorated my door and room, thin walls 6am could hear all furniture moving, night staff was very pushy and drinks were trash. Buffet is comparable to a cruise Overall was a nice property and if I went to lay at the ocean I’d reccomend.

Schedule the spa with the activities people instead of at the spa because it’s cheaper. The maps are intimidating but just walk around or take the golf carts to go where you want to go. Do the karaoke. Dorado was delicious. My room was great except there was no hand soap when I arrived. Staff was amazing. My concierge could’ve been more responsive but You get your moneys worth with this place. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We had a lovely visit! The staff were all extremely warm and friendly - we felt so well taken care of. The small touches were so welcome, and the relaxed nature of everyone there made our stay so relaxing. They gave us great recommendations for dining and local activities. We will return for sure!

Very Clean and Modern and Beautiful Room. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the pool in the room was too cold to step in and the drinks were a bit TOO expensive but other than that, it was perfect.

The property was beautiful and the staff was polite mainly. The private pool rooms are beautiful but I do feel the private pool itself could be treated or cleaned

I absolutely love the Hard Rock in Cancun! The staff is so friendly and always willing to assist in any way with positive attitudes. The bar has a great selection of top shelf drinks. The live music every night is a plus. Finished early so if you’re kinda old like me you get to bed at a decent time. Room service is included in the all inclusive so it’s nice to order a coffee or green juice and sit on the balcony and take in the view! It’s kid friendly but not too many kids to drive you crazy lol. I’ve been here 3 times and loved it every time! The only thing I would say that was unfortunate is the jacuzzi’s in the room don’t really look that clean so I don’t really go in them to enjoy. Also although they have many options of food and restaurants, the food is just ok. But other than that I love it!
