Everything was nice overall. We got the triple room, and the only complaint was that the mattresses were not US hotel quality, and my wife was complaining... Otherwise, it was nice, and the hotel buffet breakfast was worth it...

This hotel was not conveniently located near anything. While the service was just okay, I will say the staff who helped with our luggage were wonderful—very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Breakfast was mediocre at best; they actually served burnt scrambled eggs and offered very limited options. To make matters worse, I had booked a suite and the welcome fruit bowl provided was rotten. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Pros: the service staff are really good and friendly
Cons: the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The services you would generally have access to without added cost in 5 star are not available here. Rooms in general were clean-ish but not really up to standard.
