We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Beautiful location right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous spacious room with beautiful city view. Loved loved loved the amenities.

The room was great as was the location for what I needed. No possible early check in and the breakfast were disappointing.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Best hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything was clean and unbelievably beautiful. The private spa was worth it! Plenty of restaurants and things to do!

Excellent hotel. Very clean. A bit far from myeongong and subway station. It is still considered as a walking distance.

Ver clean and spacious

Absolutely fantastic hotel! I have stayed here four times now. The staff are amazing. There was a slight issue with one of our electrical sockets in the bathroom, and within a few hours while we were gone, it was completely fixed, like it never happened. The hotel location is perfect, especially for first timers in Korea. The hotel is safe, clean, spacious, and has amazing views. The GS25 store is super convenient, and the manager there is always so kind! The cleaning staff are also so helpful and sweet. The only complaint I have is that the hotel room got super hot. I understand that hotels in Korea do not turn on AC during winter, and you can only open the window for cool air. Usually this works just fine during our winter stays, however, this time we stayed from March 20-April 6. The AC was only turned on during the second half of our stay. Our room was 86F/30C one day! While I still highly recommend this hotel, be sure to bring a small desk fan, especially if you are staying during late winter/early spring. Other than the temperature, this hotel has always been a favorite of mine!

Truly fantastic breakfast buffet that can rival any 5 star hotel. Perfectly located for exploring all of the sights you need to see while in Seoul. Wonderful and helpful manager of the hotel, told exactly where we needed to go to find the fresh king crab feast we were looking for. Even warned us that it would be expensive, but we were prepared for that. Would certainly stay here again.

I liked everything very much except, I reserved a garden room to be able to sit out and read and have coffee. From the day I arrived the garden was very dirty with bags of trash, a broom and overflowing cigarettes lots of trash on the ground, I did not use the garden because it was so dirty. I alerted the staff twice to see if someone could clean it. It was still dirty the day I left after three days.
