I really liked staying here - and I was there for 2 full weeks. It's well maintained and the staff is very helpful. It is located 5 mins from Line 2 which was super convenient and there are many good stores/restaurants in the area. I had the breakfast add-on which I enjoyed; the options are a bit limited so it would be nice to get a bit of variety but overall it was a good experience!

Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and homely, and the hotel location was just a short distance a way from the subway station—prime location! I love that the eMart was just 1 floor below the lobby, there were 3 cafes connected to the hotel, and the breakfast buffet style was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is not located in the most central place there isn't shops around for easy access. The hotel it self is magnificent. I really did enjoy it. I had a pool view room which was beautiful. Beds are comfortable , the shower was great . Plenty of room space. House keeping was great. The hotels buffet initially was fantastic I am unsure if it's a standard but not one dish changed in the 5 days of breakfast which was really uninspiring and thereafter difficult to kind of look forward to. But if you know Seoul as shops open very late it's not a bad idea to fuel yourself before you kick start the day. The chef's really should review variation rather than standardisation. The initial spark ran out after 3 days. They charge you to use the outdoor magnificent pool but it's a must use. As nobody uses it's an empty shell. It's a pity party really. It's a beautiful space with a life guard. They have a complex ordering system for food if needed no ideal. Room service is very limited and expensive, so is laundry . Will I stay here again . maybe a day or 2 . It's not got the location and money for value I am after. But overall It's a beautiful hotel.

Coming from the US, this hotel staff is world class. Wonderful staff, from reception to elevator bay to club staff, just exceptional.

Amazing hotel, very high class. Not the most family oriented, but to be honest this is not the hotel to stay in when you have more than 1 child. Some areas of the hotel are not accessible depending on how you booked your stay or the package you choose. With that said, they did accommodate us a role away bed for our kids, offered an upgraded room for space, and even gave us a credit to be used for dinning or room service during our stay. They definitely went out of their way to make us feel important. The staff is amazing and the location is right by a train station to make visiting Seoul very easy. Highly recommended if it fits your needs. There is a reason it’s a Forbes 5 star hotel!

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.
