We had an issue at the start — no air conditioning in the room — but this was satisfactorily resolved. I will come back. A good option vs other overpriced boutique hotels.

The pool area was too small, but you won't need it. The beach is absolutely amazing and right across the street. The rooftop views though are amazing. You can see all of Ipanema and Leblon beach along with Christ the Redeemer on the mountain top.
