The entire experience was excellent; from check in to check out. The staff was very attentive and helpful, with special kudos to Mayra and Amin. Joao and Samuel at the front desk were wonderful. We also enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the common spaces. Would definitely visit again.

Absolutely beautiful property! Deserta suite was beautiful and spacious! Views were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid for suite with breakfast included and it was well worth it…so many delicious options. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, maybe 4 or 5 walkable, but local taxis are very reasonable (Uber is also significantly less than in US) and easy to get quickly. Lovely, quiet, relaxing area.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, the room was lovely and spacious, food was ok but very similar everyday. Staff were so miserable especially in the restaurant never any cups or glasses available. We were all inclusive but when we got there, there was also an elite package which we didn’t know about so we were not able to get all drinks on all inclusive. Drinks available were still ok. Pool was nice and clean, pool area was clean. Disappointed that you have to pay to use the indoor pool as we had already gone during off season so you would think you would be able to use the indoor pool. Still had a good stay close to the marina, Albufeira old town and easy walk to the beach.

The property is impeccably maintained. Included breakfast buffet was a 10 out of 10, with just about everything you can think off being offered. Golf course was also a treat!

Impeccably clean rooms and common areas. Vitaly at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. Major kudos to housekeeping, the do an outstanding job :)
