(234 reviews) What I didn't like. A receptionist woman was not friendly. Staffs at Buffet looked tired and they didn't smile. There was nearly no table service. I used a humidifier in a room. Then, my room started to smell terrible. What I liked about Bath facilities was excellent. They added a stone sauna. The basket to carry was useful. The yukata set was convenient. Pick up service from ferry port was super helpful. The variety of buffet was impressive, but somehow, things tasted better 2 years ago. . (187 reviews) I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended.
