Great hotel, beautiful pool area and great breakfast. Location a bit far from the nearest city and beach, but central to the northern area of Sardegna. Rooms are dated, but with authentic Italian character; overall very clean and functional. I’d stay there again.

The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car.

It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!

The residence-style hotel is excellent, offering a beautiful sea view. The private beach is a real bonus for relaxing. Daily housekeeping is impeccable and very thorough. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

Room was clean, although the safe never worked, reported 3 times, TV worked intermittently, reported 3 times. Cleaners were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was a good choice, never had lunch or evening meal. Booked the hotel last minute due to original hotel cancellation last minute, wasn’t told about the hotel club which would have given us deals on the restaurant. Can’t pay catch at the bar, need to top up a hotel card with cash only yet the hotel beach bar you can bay by cash, card or the top up card.the one Beach bar toilet had a broken loose seat, some beds and most of the umbrellas need repair and this is early June at the start of the season. Nothing around the hotel shops or restaurants so you need to use the most expensive taxis in the world… booked a seven day stay and left after 3 days. Will NOT return.

The staff at desk, restaurant and room cleaning were so friendly and accommodating. The views are amazing along with a nice daily full breakfast. Perhaps…just a few more degrees added to the pool and you’d have a perfect Costa Smeralda stay.
