Sucia Island Fishing Holidays

The staff were amazing and housekeeping kept everything very clean. I was surprised this what I got from a Hilton! Hotel is dated in charming way but with that came small rooms (w/ popcorn ceiling, stuffy smell, no long mirrors) limited amenities, and maintenance issues. Our TV and phone didn’t work, and although we were moved to another room, the TV stopped working again. Valet parking is also about $56/day. Overall, it’s a clean, budget-friendly option with great service. If you’re expecting a more modern Hilton experience, don’t bother.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

I liked everything about the propety. The staff was helpful and friendly, the attached resturant was a little expensive, but had excellent food and service. The hotel room was comfortable, with an excellent bed and armchair. Excellent shower with immediate hot water. there were good reading lamps. The hotel was within convenient walking distance of the Pike St. Market and a lot of good resturants on the waterfront and nearby streets. We walked 20 minutes to the Space Needle one way and abit further to the ball stadium the other. So well situated.

Amazing hotel in the downtown. Convenient to many fun restaurants and waterfront. Great bar and eating facilities. Staff was amazing

The important thing was the room clean and well priced. It met those expectations but nothing more. The property is older and looks like it is being worked on. I’ve stayed here 3 times for business but I wouldn’t select for personal travel. Staff was nice.

The front desk person seemed overwhelmed between checking us in and answering phones. He came off as rude and was short with his engagement. I work in customer service and this behavior would never be tolerated at my work. I wasn’t demanding or rude so there was no reason for him to be that way towards me.
