Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I have never had such a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff greet and assist me during my stay. They were phenomenal. The valet staff was also extremely efficient and friendly.
Our residence was clean and ready upon arrival. And our delicious breakfast was served by very warm and friendly staff members.
The location of the shopping mall could not have been more convenient, especially in light of some rainy weather that we had at the beginning of our stay.
I look forward to our next visit.

I had a great stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to everything around Miami. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
