Overall, our experience was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, I can’t give the hotel a full 5-star rating because there were a few things that we felt could be improved.
One of the main things we didn’t understand was the room service policy. Even though the hotel offers an Ultra All-Inclusive concept, room service comes with an additional charge. What was even more surprising was that the food delivered through room service seemed to be the same food available at the buffet, just with an extra fee. In my opinion, room service should be included, or at least offer something different from the buffet.
On the positive side, the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of activities and facilities for children, making it a very family-friendly resort. The Mexican and Italian restaurants were particularly good, and we really enjoyed the food and service there.
The Wi-Fi was one of the weaker points. The signal and connection were not very reliable throughout the hotel, which could definitely be improved.
Another area that could use some improvement is the entertainment. There was very little in terms of evening shows or organized entertainment. Apart from occasional DJs and activities like bingo, there wasn’t really much of a program for guests to enjoy.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel, especially for families with children.
