Such an adorable hotel and in a great location! The detail in and around this hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby. The room was great size and the balcony had an amazing view. The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the highlights of this city on foot. The staff were so kind and helpful, and gave me great recommendations on food to try and places to see. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh with our family, and the overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although there were no Indian options available by default. When we requested some, the chef and team were very accommodating and kindly prepared delicious South Indian breakfast dishes for us. This thoughtful gesture made our mornings even more special, especially for my mother, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was cozy, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day out. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Shangri-La, and we would gladly return in the future.
