I was a very comfortable room with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the shower. Everything was easy to use.The staff was incredibly friendly. I paid for breakfast included, and it was a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Room was very nice and front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of options! Loved the location in that it was right in front of a subway station making it extremely convenient. Hotel provided free laundry facilities which was awesome. Loved the L’Occitane toiletries. One thing I did not like was that the shower door was a half shower door that could not be closed making showering quite inconvenient. Overall it was a great stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and incredibly spacious!

I stayed in both the hotel and the suites. The good - good breakfast selection, the hotel was very clean and well maintained though a bit dated in parts and very quiet in common areas with the main floor bar unfortunately closed. It is quite a great building but out from main shopping areas. Staff very helpful. The apartment suites very, very dated and dirty surrounds eg weeds growing on balcony, bathroom and decor dated, pillows need replacing and supplies limited - no dishwashing liquid or tea towel provided. Bath towels in the apartment were the size of large tea towels- seriously!! On the plus early check in and washer dryer excellent - we shifted to the suites for one night to spread out and do our laundry before continuing our travel. Glad it wasn’t more than a night. TVs in both facilities were not smart TVs making it difficult for foreign speaking channel selections. Convenient for airport if coming by car.

exceptional staff, room and breakfast

Great location. It was a grat experience that we can enjoy sauna.

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

I think it goes without saying that the property itself was fantastic to spend multiple days and nights at. But what was really impressive (and heavily underrated) was the food at Serase. It feels a bit criminal that they aren’t lauded for how well they blend Korean culture and modern culinary techniques in their dishes. But without a doubt my favorite part of my stay here was their top tier customer service. Manager June and every member of their staff that we encountered went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was accommodated for. Somehow despite clearly having many other guests, we felt like we were the only ones in the hotel: that’s how much attention they paid to us everyday. We’ve stayed at plenty other hotels, but this hotel was top tier in every imaginable regard: service, food, innovation, quality of the rooms.

Great location if your main focus is visiting Chinatown. It is less than 10 minutes of walking distance to the Chinatown. On the way, a cultural center that showed surprisingly well documented and curated historical relationships of Incheon and different regions of China. That was a real surprise. One can spend a day reading all the texts. We had a long layover but very limited time to explore the Chinatown. But having a nice dinner and a lunch next day before the departure was our main goal which we achieved.

Location and simplicity.

Good location in Myeong-dong. 15-20 minute walking distance to Seoul station. Taxi/Uber doesn't want to drive that short distance. The hotel staff didn't offer any help to deal with unexpected travel frustration.

Room is cleaned, they address any issues or concerns right away. Staff is courtesy, respectful and very helpful. Hotel is in the middle of shopping and night market activities.
