(26 reviews) A great property with well appointed rooms, good quality facilities and top brand appliances. Housekeeping were really great and all staff were very welcoming and professional. We didn’t have much expectations when booking this property and was a bit nervous about how it would be as we’ve had bad experiences with serviced apartments before however this was truly great and so glad we booked. When we return to Bahrain this will most certainly be our 1st choice. There are shops and restaurants a short walk from the building so didn’t really feel the absence of an onsite restaurant like a hotel has. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing. (492 reviews) Would highly reccommend this hotel. Was very well pleased on arrival and during the stay. One minor negetive i would let others know about, is the level of service does decrease when VIP's or weddings party are in attendance. The staff do go out of their way to accomodate, but are stretched at times. Pool staff were very friendly with friendly chat throughout. Rooms were not being turned over consistently daily. With towels missing. Rags being left behind and toiletry items not being replenished. With a short call to the concierge this was recitified however did mean a call to them.
