We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to our Expedia Butler, Noris, for making our vacation even more enjoyable and unforgettable. She checked in with us every morning to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. When we mentioned that my husband's birthday was during our trip, she went above and beyond to help arrange a birthday cake for him. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our stay extra special. We truly appreciate everything she did and hope to see her again on our next visit.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the service is also the food is extremely overpriced for Dominican Republic. Every restaurant was approximately $100 per person drinks and food and if you’re doing breakfast lunch and dinner, you can easily spend about $500 a day eating out..

We had a great stay at this resort! Our butler Raul was so kind and nice for the whole time being at the resort. Thank you so much, Raul and other staffs!

Overall experience was great. First time traveling with my gf so it was a special moment. The room temp was mid due to AC no cooling enough the room, but tolerable for my 4 day stay. Shoutout to the bartenders Jessi and Raldy, they were great and polite at the pool bar.

The room was clean but you can notice that it’s always a quick clean. There may be some spots that are rusty perhaps but not dirty. The staff was amazing, friendly, fun, and very helpful. I do not recommend booking any excursions at the resort I had lots of problems because of that. The pools are nice as well as the bars. The Japanese restaurant was my favorite but the buffet was ok. I did not get to try all of the restaurants on site but highly recommend the Japanese restaurant (forgot the name of it). Activities at the resort were also amazing and entertaining. I think the resort is more for couples but I did get to meet other solo travelers there which was nice.
