We had two rooms for two night June 8, 2026. One of the rooms had no toilet paper squares in it so we asked the owner for some. He declined and told us to was with the middle sink and use a towel. So this was our last straw. First straw, it's located in a graffiti alley that got sketchy at night. Second, the rooms were so so small. Getting lights to stay on was confusing. Plug in outlets too old it couldn't hold a plug. Last, the owner lied that its a 4 star. We left the next morning after we walked to a store for toilet paper. We lost/walked away from $650 for one more night that we had already paid for. The owner and the toilet paper issue was just unreal. Find another hotel plz. Any other hotel would work! The Rome air port hotel , switched me to Best western air port hotel , the hotel is amazing , lean new room , very nice staff , amazing breakfast , parking available, shuttle service available , I highly recommend recommend the best Western hotel

Good location for a first or last night in Rome Rooftop pool is a good spot but furniture around the pool is a mish mash.

Excellent staff at desk. Great breakfast. Very good air conditioning in room was very appreciated in Italy in June

The Rome air port hotel , switched me to Best western air port hotel , the hotel is amazing , lean new room , very nice staff , amazing breakfast , parking available, shuttle service available , I highly recommend recommend the best Western hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at Ville Delle Palme and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Marinella. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome by the reception team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Every member of staff we met was lovely—from the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless, to the restaurant staff, who were always smiling, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was one of the highlights each morning. There was a great selection of fresh, delicious food, and sitting on the terrace with the stunning sea views made it even more special. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel has such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear that everyone who works there genuinely cares about making guests feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Santa Marinella. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend Ville Delle Palme—you won’t be disappointed!
