The best part of our stay at the Berkeley Hotel was the incredible staff. They were warm, helpful, and consistently went above and beyond—whether it was making a last-minute dinner reservation for us or literally running after us in the street when we took a wrong turn. Their kindness truly made our experience feel personal and cared for.
The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, though ours did have two hand soaps but no shampoo—not sure if that’s typical or just a one-off. Breakfast was included and very good, with plenty of options to start the day.
While we may choose a hotel closer to the water on a future visit, the Berkeley was perfect for our goal of being in the heart of the city. Dubrovnik is beautiful, and this was a great base for exploring it.
