Staff- courteous, helpful and accommodating
Amenities- no face cloths. One robe for 2 guests but was given another robe the next day even though we didn’t ask.
Shampoo & body wash dispensers were very difficult to pump.
Safe box wouldn’t open, battery had to be changed.
TV- didn’t work, remote batteries were discharged

Staff were very helpful and courteous, only the property owner was not very friendly or accommodating. We left a day early over us bringing two guests. The suite we booked was good for six but our reservation was only for two. We attempted contacting the owner at least 10 times by telephone and sent messages from this site but never got any response. The owner wanted an additional $420 for our two guests which we refused to pay. We were fine with maybe $50 per day but this was outrageous as we are only taking about the extra food.
