The Hotel experience was very good. My extented booking for my 2nd 5bdays stay was a bad experience. For my 2nd booking. EXPEDIA quoted roomsnin USD vs CDN for my 1st booking. I didn't notice this until it was simply too late. I ended up paying 35% more than should.

The hotel is in a great location and is aesthetically a very nice hotel. The toiletries provided are exceptional (Le Labo)

Room was well kept and ample size for family of four. Breakfast was amazing and breakfast egg chef was brilliant. A/C was stuck on cooling when it was 11 degrees outside Staff said it had to be like that and low fan was noisy with the room becoming stale without A/C. Aslo lacked a suitable concierge.

The rooms are not as big compared to what you see in the pictures but is good enough for a short stay. The room was clean enough and the staff are helpful and in a good location surrounded by eateries, shops and transportation.

Great location, close to MTR, taxi, tram, buses, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The room is great and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Hong Kong!

The service was impeccable. The attention to detail, the personal attention given to guests, going the extra mile to meet all requests, unexpected surprises in the room in the evenints, promptness of assistance -- the service was exemplary. The duty manager Kevin during our stay was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make guests comfortable, including seeing people off at their vehicles when they were departing the hotel. The masterclass and DIY sessions for children were a lovely touch, and even there, the personal attention given to children was quite something. Besides this, the room and other facilities were great too. It made for the best experience possible, in central Hong Kong.

Enjoyed a fabulous stay in a Premium Harbour Room. Absolutely stunning. Breakfast great and service of entire hotel was excellent.

The room made us feeling like home. The harbour view is awesome. The staffs were very friendly, considerate and prompt to our requests. All in all, the experience is excellent.

Neat and clean room but too small to fit luggages. Unaware the bed was on the floor. Convenient location with washing machines and dryers in hotel reception.
