My wife and I spent three nights and everything was to our liking. Our room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was extensive and varied, staff were friendly and available to assist when needed, call a taxi, or answer questions. My wife struck up a conversation with one of the servers at breakfast, a young man named Nathan, who efficiently fetched a couple of food items we requested. The hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw from a mall and garden complex, as we just had to cross the street to one of the entrances to the shopping zone. On our third day we had lunch at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor, which we would recommend for its quality and ambiance. There is also a pleasant cafe in the lobby area that serves meals as well as a wide assortment of drinks. As a perk we were offered one free drink each, which we took advantage of on the second evening, a couple of generous-sized classes of wine. Overall, a nice five-star hotel at a reasonable price compared to some of the other venues in Manila. Finally, we took advantage of the spa to each have a relaxing 90-minute massage. A pleasant, relaxing stay. We will consider booking again.
