We really didn’t use amenities besides that they stored our luggge before our room was ready and when we checked out. We appreciated that.
I had purchased a glass as a souvenir and it seemed to have either gotten thrown away for some reason so I was slightly irritated about that but it’s only a glass. The staff were very friendly and we appreciated that. Would go back for sure.

I love staying at the Westhouse. The staff are very helpful and attentive. It’s a great location as you are near the park and close to good subway links. My room was clean and spacious and I really enjoy the terrace area.
