The only place to hang towels was inside the shower. The fitness room was very unappealing. The smell was terrible, it was dark and poorly laid out like to person who designed it clearly never worked out before. Last, the dining and bar service was non-existent. There’s minimal staff. I had to track down someone after waiting 15 min in the bar with no help in sight. Service in the restaurant that evening was even worse. There was one person working. We felt bad for him and tipped him anyway. Good mgmt doesn’t set your team up to fail. Not his fault.
