8.2/10 Very good! (3,105 reviews)
Not a 4* hotel. Housekeeping needs to be requested and this was missed twice after we had requested it. When housekeeping did come it seemed only half a job was done. The hotels also charges to hold luggage after checkout which I have not experienced in any other hotel

9/10 Wonderful! (3,523 reviews)
I traveled from Cincinnati Ohio and the room on the 36th floor had a great view of Lake Michigan. Valet staff for parking was excellent as well. Highly recommended if you’re planning to visit Chicago.
