Walking distance to Parramatta Stadium was our key criteria.
Very good hotel. The gym was reasonably good and pool was ok.
It's was a Saturday and we parked in the car park across the road and paid $15.instead of the hotels $40.

Cibaria downstairs was amazing. Enjoyed a few drinks by the pool. Beds were super comfy. Staff were very helpful.

Excellent staff. I realized at the airport that I had left my phone in the room. They went immediately to the room, recovered the phone and connected me with a courier.
They were extremely responsible and courteous in all matters ( not just the phone mishap). I cannot praise them enough!
I also wish to comment on the beautiful room, as well! It was so well designed, spacious, and perfectly appointed. An outstanding experience!

We were pretty disappointed with this hotel. We called for reception 4 times throughout our stay and no one answered- they got our room service order wrong- the drain in our bathroom was soo dirty and filled with hair…. Not what I’d expect for a $500+ a night room.
