Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean room. My only complaint was that the bed itself was really soft which offers very little back support. Apart from that, everything else was very good.

Property is very close to Darling Harbour, but notes on how to get there by turning left on Level 4 of the car park to the level 2 bridge could be better.
The TV did not work for almost 24 hours from book in and took me 3 attempts to get it rectified. Should have notes in room on how to check and fix fir yourself rather than maintenance staff who only work days being able to fix it. Asked for another room and front desk staff declined, but advised maintenance would fix next morning which did not happen.

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there!

Great stay at SYD APT Pullman. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again !!!
