I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with attention to detail that really stood out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was—it made it easy to unwind. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized and clean. What truly made the experience special was the level of customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great.

Excellent property location and friendly staff!

The Altitude tower had an amazing view of the ocean! The room was spacious and comfortable and nicely appointed. It would have been nice to have a proper table and chairs to eat at when ordering room service. We loved the à la carte breakfast service at the Grill and the staff there was excellent. The breakfast buffet was not as clean, food was not as good and not the same offerings, and service was not as attentive. For dinner Risotto had delicious Italian food, Hacienda Del Mortero had delicious tacos and the Grill was great too. Portions are small but we liked this as we could try a variety of dishes without wasting food. Ayami was our least favourite restaurant as the Asian food is not authentic but the fish was very fresh. The dinner buffet was mediocre with limited offerings. The Surfos bar was great. We enjoyed the hotdog and hamburger stand by the pool! Sky lounge was nice and usually quiet. The main pool was really nice with a great view of the beach. We were mostly in the adult pool where the swim up bar was located but it needed some work as some tiles were missing and it often seemed scummy with sunscreen. There was a lack of loungers available poolside and some were a bit broken. Would be nice to have more umbrellas and loungers on the beach. You cannot swim at the beach - surf is very rough. Black flag everyday. Beach is gorgeous for walking. Overall a nice resort. A little tired in some areas in need of renovation and a bit understaffed in the restaurants.

The property is simple, clean, and has almost everything you need. I stayed in the Penthouse and the room was great. The view was outstanding, incredible. Loved the huge deck. Two drawbacks which could be fixed. 1 day- good internet, 2nd and 3rd day- no internet. I have to have access to email, no tv access, etc…for me that was a big problem. Second, the layout is such that the side open-air walkway which connects the elevator to the front deck(Penthouse only)should have a security door. Didn’t like the fact that anyone coming off the elevator or stairs could walk right onto your deck and have access to your sliding glass doors. Very simple to install a gate to ensure privacy and security.Finally, something that is out of their control- It was an inconvenience that there was no ‘OXXO’ or something similar to buy drinks, snacks, Advil and the like.The employees had a great attitude and were always there to answer a question or to try to help. I would return but the internet needs to be improved. Right on the water, amazing view.
