Omeletes made to order in only one station and they are small. ‘Ocean View’ is not such, with many obstacles on the line of sight and far. No luggage rack in the room. AC control very limited on temperature selection. People are nice, so is the area surrounding it. (325 reviews) The W was excellent. The reserve is just breathtaking with its natural beauty. The beach access was another winner!! The sand and water were picture worthy. You can see iguanas and hear the holler monkeys from your balcony. We got the all inclusive package and sometimes that’s a gamble but the food was outstanding. The drinks were not watered down like a lot of establishments. We had excellent service from Robert, Kaylor, and Liz. We loved every minute of our stay.
