I am truly moved by the exceptional kindness of the front desk staff during my recent stay. Their thoughtfulness brought tears to my eyes! Upon returning from dinner, I discovered a delightful stuffed horse in my room, accompanied by a lovely card that made the gesture even more special. When I checked in, I shared that my visit to Texas was to explore the possibility of purchasing a horse. The staff's attention to detail and personal touch truly exemplify the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to guest experience, and I am now a devoted customer for life. Additionally, the dinner I enjoyed was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

I enjoyed my 1st stay at the Hotel ZaZa and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit. The ZaZa has transformed the beloved, historic Warwick Hotel into a uniquely stylish, boutique getaway in Houston’s Museum District. It’s similar in feel to The Saint Hotel on Canal St. in NOLA. Fun and whimsical with fabulous views of the beautiful Mecom triple fountains and tree-lined Main Street. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and top notch. I was given a tour of the old Warwick Ballroom, now dubbed the Phantom Ballroom, as in Phantom of the Opera because of the fabulous, antique crystal chandeliers. It was lovely to see that the ballroom remains virtually the same, as classic and elegant, as the last time I saw it almost 40 years ago, as a bride at her wedding reception.

I booked the Priscilla suite for 4 nights to attend a 3-day show at the Granada Theater a few blocks down the road. The suite is basically a fully functional, beautifully decorated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment with pretty much everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and spacious, and pretty much everything you could hope for after a long night out screaming at a show! One caveat that I think other reviewers have mentioned is that because Casa Duro is so centrally located to fun stuff, it means the noise from across the street can get pretty crazy on weekend nights. There are poppin' bars everywhere around the property, which is awesome if you're here for fun. But maybe bring some earplugs and rain sounds to sleep. I found that totally effective for the noise. One more caveat is that you have to climb a flight or two of stairs to get to the suite. Not a problem for me at all, but might be challenging for others. There may be accommodates for folks that I'm unaware of - definitely check on that if you have difficulty with stairs! All in all, I'd be more than excited to come back if I'm ever back in the DFW area for another show and Granada!

I loved it!!! The only thing I didn’t like is that you were forced to do valet for $50 a night but other than that the stay was beautiful with great amenities.
