I loved how close it was to the area I need to be in and quietness. I did have constant problem with the door to room not wanting to open, the pool was closed my entire stay and I had a big crack in window in my room

No ice machine on the floor. Have to order it to the room. Otherwise wonderful hotel, very modern and clean.

Beautiful property, exceptionally helpful staff, It is close to downtown and freeways to allow for quick access to other beautiful areas of Dallas. Hotel lacks amenities, so make sure to purchase water and other snacks to avoid paying high prices for in room purchases.

No coffee in room….. big no no when you have to get dressed and go downstairs 16 floors for coffee

I have always stayed here at this hotel because it offers everything I desire in a full-service hotel. It has several on-site dining options and all of them are good, it has great entertainment options for whatever you may be in the mood for, and the staff is very friendly and kind. This is the first time I have driven a car during my stay there and I was taken back that the valet charge is $65 per day which I thought was excessive.
