It was spectacular. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful. The food is delicious. The location is ideal for great nearby hikes. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely return.

A beautiful hotel with lovely, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The overall atmosphere is excellent, and the property is very well maintained. Given its location, I would recommend having a car, although it is possible to walk into town (20–30 minutes) or rent a bike (reservations recommend). Of note, there is no air conditioning and the rooms can become uncomfortably hot, to the point where it is difficult to stay in them during the day. However, this should not be a problem for most of the year ;-) I would definitely return.

Frau Schmalzl hat und direkt an der Einfahrt abgeholt und war sehr herzlich - Schlüssel und Co brauchten wir alles nicht, es ist halt Österreich, da ist die Welt noch in Ordnung :)
Wir konnten sogar den Garten nutzen es war gemütlich-familiär!
